Soon after receiving requested information, you will receive an email from TherapyNotesPortal.

​

This email will have a link for you to complete a very small amount of paperwork.  Which is required to provide services, bill insurance claims and have access to the client portal.  

 

Once insurance benefit information has been obtained, you will receive a text, explaining what insurance will cover and any payment responsibility you may have.

The paperwork you complete through the

emailed link (Client Portal) will contain HIPAA forms, Policies and Proceedures information, Informed Concent and signature pages etc.   You do not need any downloads, apps or special features to complete and sign the paperwork.
